Who we are

Galileo Strategy Group was founded by Kitty Sullivan in 2024. She has over 15 years of experience delivering growth strategy projects at management consulting firms Bain & Company and Monitor Group, at LinkedIn, and at venture-backed startups.

She has helped global B2B and B2C clients unlock tens of millions in incremental revenue by revealing untapped sweet spots in their markets. At B2B startups, she drove growth initiatives as an operator and advised startup executives as an investor and board director.

Kitty has an MBA from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a B.A. from Bowdoin College (summa cum laude in Economics). She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, son and rescue dog.
